*wry* One of the reasons I for now hold that Chance isn't romantically drawn to Ilsa? (Physically and even intellectually attracted, yes, but not romantically.) Is that, well, we know what he does when he starts falling in love. He goes away, like he did with Maria in the first place. Until and unless that happens, I'm all right with the events >.> But, everybody he's loved (with one exception, and that's a kind of love that has no relation with romantic) has been taken away from him, usually by deading them. So... yeah.
